Free Stuff

Free Stuff

People are always asking about how I get free stuff so much. As I haven’t mastered the grocery thing yet, here are some things I have mastered and done several times over on most of these.

UBER: To get a free ride worth up to $20 download the Uber app and use this code: tjh1413ue (This will give you and I both a free ride by you using this. It only works for new Uber users.)

ROBINHOOD: To get free stock from Robinhood click this link or copy and paste into your browser: share.robinhood.com/tjh1 (You will need to fund your account before receiving the stock. There is no minimum of deposit required. You and I will both receive one stock each. You may invite friends like I am you and receive more stock up to $500. After that, no more free stock is rewarded.)

AIRBNB: To get up to a $40 credit for a place to stay while traveling use this link on airbnb: https://www. airbnb .com/c/tjh880 (You and I will both get a credit.)

CHASE CHECKING ACCOUNT: For 1st time customers (people who have not had a chase account for longer than 6 months or a year…sorry, I forgot which) you can use a code when funding a chase checking account and receive up to $500 in 3 months. Most of the time these offers are sent via mail but here is a link for you to try other codes: http://www.moneysmylife.com/chase-bank-500-coupon/ You must apply with Chase Bank in person. You must meet the minimum requirements to avoid service fees. Each coupon is different so talk to your Chase representative to ask what the minimums are. Usually $200 is given for opening the account and another $300 is given for setting up direct deposit. You only will benefit from this, not me.

CREDIT CARDS: I use credit cards a lot to get cash back, free hotels, free flights, etc. Here is a link for you to find the best credit card for you: http://www.creditcards.com/reward.php WARNING: IF YOU ARE NOT GOOD WITH MANAGING MONEY I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR YOU. YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE A CONTROL OF SPENDING AND PAY YOUR BALANCE IN FULL TO AVOID INTEREST. My recommendations are Chase Freedom for cash back (5% cashback on certain stores and 1% on everything else,) Chase Southwest for travel within the US and Mexico (has an annual fee of $69 or $99 depending on which on you sign up for) and Chase Marriott for hotels ($99 annual fee but if you ask, they will wave this the 1st year.) Here is how it works: Use you Chase Freedom for your day to day purchases. Sign up for Chase Marriott and spend $3,000 within the first 3 months and receive 80,000 points. After point are received in you Marriott account, cancel your Marriott Credit Card, wait 1 year and do it again. In the mean time sign up for Chase Southwest Credit Card and meet the requirements to get the bonus. After you get the bonus, cancel it and wait a year and do it again. Again, this is only for your benefit, not mine. NOTE: By applying and canceling your credit card it will affect your credit score to the negative but by keeping up with your payments it will increase your credit score. If you are thinking about getting a loan, you may want to wait until after the loan is finalized.

You’re Welcome.
